Neuralisse is a dietary supplement sold as a "Nerve Support Formula": one capsule a day, made to support nerve comfort. A 30-capsule bottle gives 80 mg of magnesium (19% DV) per serving, from a 575 mg blend with alpha lipoic acid, L-carnitine, turmeric and CoQ10. It does not treat neuropathy. Packs of 2, 3 or 6 bottles carry a 60-day money-back guarantee.

The basics
Neuralisse is a dietary supplement in vegetable capsules. The label calls it a "Nerve Support Formula" and shows three icons: Nerve Health, Comfort Support and Nutritional Support.
You take one capsule a day. A bottle holds 30, so one bottle lasts a month. The Supplement Facts panel lists 80 mg of magnesium and a 575 mg blend of six ingredients, from the heaviest to the lightest.
It is sold through Goneuralisse, the U.S. authorized Neuralisse merchant. We are not the manufacturer, and we earn money when you order through our buttons. That is why every number on this site comes from the bottle or a linked public source, so you can check us.
One honest line up front: Neuralisse is not a treatment for neuropathy, diabetes or nerve pain. Supplements are not FDA approved before they are sold (FDA 101, Dietary supplements). If your feet tingle, burn or feel numb, a doctor visit comes first. Our nerve health guide explains why.

How it works
Four steps. Scroll and the picture follows along.
One capsule a day with water, as the label directs. Never two.
The label gives no timing. CoQ10 is absorbed better with food, so breakfast is an easy anchor.
Magnesium binds some antibiotics and osteoporosis drugs. Keep them at least 2 hours apart.
Log how your feet and hands feel each week. Decide before the 60-day window closes.
The label only says one capsule daily. The meal and spacing tips come from the magnesium and CoQ10 fact sheets (ODS, Magnesium (HP)) (LPI, CoQ10). Full routine: how to use Neuralisse.

FDA rules let a proprietary blend print one total weight and list its ingredients from most to least by weight (FDA, Labeling guide ch. IV). So magnesium glycinate is the biggest part of the blend, and CoQ10 is the smallest.
That order also caps how much of each ingredient one capsule can hold. The next section does the math with you. All six profiles live on the ingredients page.
The blend math
Only magnesium has a printed amount. Label order tells us the rest.
Most of the 575 mg blend has to be magnesium glycinate, because it carries the 80 mg of magnesium on the label. That leaves at most about 175 mg for the other five together, best case.
The whole proprietary blend in one capsule. The label lists six ingredients, heaviest first (FDA, Labeling guide ch. IV).
The 80 mg of magnesium on the label has to come from magnesium glycinate. Pure magnesium bisglycinate is about 14% magnesium (24.3 / 172.4), so it takes about 567 mg. Buffered forms near 20% magnesium take about 400 mg.
What is left for the other five ingredients together. Because they are listed by weight, the second one can be at most half of that, the third a third, and so on.
Best case: the lighter, 20%-magnesium form of glycinate. If the glycinate is pure bisglycinate, all five share about 8 mg. The label does not say which form is used.

Dose check
Most nerve studies of alpha lipoic acid used 600 mg a day (SYDNEY 2 trial). One Neuralisse capsule can hold at most about 175 mg, even in the best case. The bars below are drawn to scale.
That gap is the most important fact about the formula. The magnesium is real and printed. The other five appear in small amounts, so we treat their research as background, not as a promise. See benefits and limits.
Your day
Any steady time works, because the label gives none. Breakfast is an easy anchor: CoQ10 is fat-soluble and is absorbed better with a meal (LPI, CoQ10).
Take 1 capsule with food and water. The label gives no time; a meal helps CoQ10 absorb.
Keep osteoporosis drugs and tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics away from magnesium by at least 2 hours.
Look at both feet every day, even if they feel fine. A yearly foot exam matters more than any capsule.
Sleep, movement and steady blood sugar do more for nerves than a supplement can.
Timing is a suggestion; the label only says one capsule daily. Medicine spacing (ODS, Magnesium (HP)); CoQ10 with food (LPI, CoQ10); daily foot checks (CDC, Diabetes and your feet).
Claims vs evidence
No published study has tested Neuralisse itself. What exists is research on single ingredients, mostly at much higher doses. FTC rules say health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance), so we match each label phrase to that evidence.
| Label says | Ingredients behind it | What studies found | Our read |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nerve Health* | Alpha lipoic acid | In people with diabetes, 600 mg a day lowered symptom scores, but not nerve test results (Hsieh 2023, oral ALA meta-analysis) | Dose in a capsule is far lower |
| Comfort Support* | Turmeric, butcher's broom | Turmeric: evidence not sufficient for any use (NCCIH, Turmeric). Butcher's broom: studied for leg veins (MSKCC, Butcher's broom) | Weak link to nerves |
| Nutritional Support | Magnesium | Magnesium helps regulate muscle and nerve function (ODS, Magnesium (consumer)) | Real: 80 mg, 19% DV |
| Energy role | L-carnitine, CoQ10 | Nerve trials used acetyl-L-carnitine at 1,500-3,000 mg; results uncertain (Cochrane, ALC for diabetic neuropathy) | Different form, small amount |
* The label's asterisk points to the FDA statement: not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Weighing it up
The pros are about simplicity and openness. The cons are about dose and proof. This is the fair version, with nothing left out.
We scored Neuralisse on six points, from ease of use to dose. Read it with our reasoning on the Neuralisse reviews page.
Is it for you?
The label rules out anyone under 18 and pregnant or nursing mothers. Five quick questions cover the medicine and health checks that matter most for this formula.
Neuralisse is sold as a dietary supplement and is not a drug. Ask your doctor first if you take diabetes medicine, a blood thinner such as warfarin, thyroid medicine, certain antibiotics, osteoporosis drugs or water pills, or have kidney, liver or gallbladder disease: the blend includes alpha lipoic acid, turmeric, CoQ10, L-carnitine, butcher's broom and magnesium. Nerve health first
Soon, and fast if it is sudden. More than 100 types of peripheral neuropathy exist, and diabetes is the leading cause in the U.S. (NINDS, Peripheral neuropathy). Low vitamin B12 can cause numbness and tingling even without anemia (ODS, Vitamin B12).
Numbness, burning, weakness or balance trouble that is new, spreading or sudden needs a medical check.
The CDC advises a daily look at your feet, even if they feel fine, and a full foot exam every year (CDC, Diabetes and your feet).
Blood sugar and B12 tests are common first steps. Metformin users should ask about B12 (ODS, Vitamin B12).

Neuralisse is sold as a once-daily "Nerve Support Formula" dietary supplement. It provides 80 mg of magnesium and a 575 mg blend of five more ingredients. It is not a treatment for neuropathy, diabetes or nerve pain.
No study has tested Neuralisse itself. Its ingredients have mixed evidence, mostly at higher doses than one capsule holds. The 60-day money-back guarantee lets you judge it for yourself, alongside your doctor's care.
Neuralisse is a real product with a printed label, a U.S. distributor and a BuyGoods checkout with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Be wary of any seller that says it fixes nerve damage; supplements may not make disease claims.
Most likely are stomach upset or loose stools from magnesium. Alpha lipoic acid can lower blood sugar, and turmeric and CoQ10 can affect warfarin. See side effects before you start.
Only with a doctor's okay. Alpha lipoic acid can lower blood sugar and add to diabetes medicine, and butcher's broom is advised against for people with diabetes by Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSKCC, Butcher's broom).
On the official order page: 2 bottles at $79 each ($158 plus shipping), 3 bottles at $69 each ($207, free U.S. shipping), or 6 bottles at $49 each ($294, free shipping).
There is no tested timeline for Neuralisse. Alpha lipoic acid trials ran 5 weeks or longer at 600 mg a day. Track how you feel over the 60-day guarantee window and decide before it closes.
