Neuralisse Disclaimer: FDA, Medical, Earnings and Reviews
Neuralisse is a dietary supplement. Its statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, including neuropathy or diabetes. Goneuralisse.com is general information, not medical advice. We are the U.S. authorized merchant, not the manufacturer, and we earn money from orders made through our links.

FDA statement
What does the FDA disclaimer on Neuralisse mean?
The Neuralisse label carries this statement word for word: "*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease."
The asterisks on the front of the bottle, after "Nerve Support Formula", "Nerve Health" and "Comfort Support", point to that statement. It means the FDA has not reviewed those words before sale.
By law, the FDA does not approve dietary supplements for safety or effectiveness before they reach the market. The company that sells a supplement is responsible for its safety and for its label (FDA 101, Dietary supplements). So Neuralisse is not FDA-approved, and no supplement is. A product meant to treat or cure a disease is regulated as a drug, not a supplement (FDA 101, Dietary supplements).
Medical
Is Goneuralisse.com a substitute for medical advice?
No. Our pages explain a supplement label and summarize public research in plain English. They do not replace a visit with a doctor, nurse, pharmacist or dietitian who knows your health.
Never delay care, stop a prescribed medicine or change a dose because of something you read here. The label itself says to consult a physician before use, especially if you take a medication or have a medical condition, and it is not for anyone under 18 or pregnant or nursing.
Numbness, tingling, burning, weakness or poor balance in the feet or hands can come from diabetes, low vitamin B12, kidney disease, medicines and many other causes (NINDS, Peripheral neuropathy). A doctor can find the cause. If symptoms come on suddenly, or a foot sore will not heal, get care quickly.
Claims
Is Neuralisse a treatment for neuropathy or diabetes?
No. Neuralisse is not a treatment for neuropathy, nerve damage, nerve pain or diabetes, and we do not claim it is. The bottle label calls it a "Nerve Support Formula" with icons for Nerve Health, Comfort Support and Nutritional Support, and that wording is all we repeat.
Some marketing images and the brand wordmark use the word "neuropathy". We do not repeat it. In July 2026 the FDA warned another "Nerve Support Formula" maker that neuropathy claims turned its products into unapproved drugs (FDA warning letter, VasoCorp (NeuropAWAY)).
| We say | We will not say |
|---|---|
| The label calls it a Nerve Support Formula | It treats, relieves or helps neuropathy |
| Each capsule has 80 mg of magnesium, 19% DV | It mends damaged nerves or ends nerve pain |
| Magnesium is important for muscle and nerve function (ODS, Magnesium (consumer)) | It lowers blood sugar or replaces diabetes care |
| Its six ingredients have been studied one by one | It has been tested as a formula in a trial |
| It is a dietary supplement | It is approved, endorsed or recommended by doctors |
The Supplement Facts page shows the label line by line, and the side effects page covers cautions and medicine interactions.
Money
How does Goneuralisse make money from Neuralisse?
Goneuralisse is the U.S. authorized Neuralisse merchant, and we earn money when you buy through the order buttons on our site. We are not the manufacturer.
Buying through our links does not raise your price. The checkout shows the same pack prices to everyone on the official order page. We have a financial interest in sales, so we hold ourselves to clear rules: every health statement is sourced, the weak points of the formula are shown next to the strong ones, and we never invent results.
- We earn from sales, not from any ingredient supplier or advertiser.
- We do not accept payment to change what a page says.
- Our order links are marked as sponsored in the page code.
- The 60-day money-back guarantee comes from the order page, not from us.
Reviews
Are there real Neuralisse customer reviews on this site?
Not yet. As of October 11, 2026, no customer review on goneuralisse.com has been matched to a real order, so we publish no star rating, review count, customer name or quote.
Federal rules ban fake reviews, AI-written testimonials and undisclosed insider reviews (FTC, Fake reviews final rule). Health claims must also rest on competent and reliable scientific evidence (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). Sample reviews and scores in early marketing material were not verified, so we do not use them.
Our reviews page holds empty slots. A review appears there only after the order desk confirms the reviewer bought the product. Each published review will be one person's experience. It will not show what the product does for anyone else. The editorial scorecard on that page is our own assessment, not a customer rating.
The label
Where do the Neuralisse facts on this site come from?
Product facts come from the bottle label first. When a brochure, mockup or ad disagrees with the label, the label wins. Prices and the guarantee come from the official order page, checked on October 11, 2026.
Health facts come from public sources such as the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, NCCIH, the FDA and peer-reviewed trials. Each one is linked where it is used, and the editorial standards page explains how we check them.
The label does not print the amount of five of the six blend ingredients. Where we estimate the most an ingredient can weigh, we show the math and say it is a ceiling, not a measured amount.

Updates
How accurate and current is the Neuralisse information?
We check each page against its sources and date every update. Even so, labels get reprinted, prices change and new research appears, so a page can fall out of date.

FAQ
Neuralisse disclaimer questions
Does Neuralisse have FDA approval?
No. The FDA does not approve any dietary supplement for safety or effectiveness before sale, and Neuralisse is a dietary supplement. Its label says its statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and that it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Is Neuralisse a treatment for neuropathy?
No. Neuralisse is not a treatment for neuropathy, nerve pain, nerve damage or diabetes. The bottle calls it a Nerve Support Formula. Numbness, tingling or burning in the feet needs a doctor's checkup to find the cause, which can include diabetes or low vitamin B12.
Does Goneuralisse get paid when I buy Neuralisse?
Yes. Goneuralisse is the U.S. authorized Neuralisse merchant and earns money when you order through its links. Your price is the same as on the official order page. We are not the manufacturer, and we do not accept payment to change what our pages say.
Are the Neuralisse reviews on this site real?
No customer reviews are published yet. As of October 11, 2026, none has been matched to a real order, so the site shows no stars, counts, names or quotes. Reviews will appear only after the order desk confirms the reviewer bought Neuralisse.
Can I use Neuralisse instead of my diabetes medicine?
No. Never stop or change a prescribed medicine because of a supplement. Neuralisse contains alpha lipoic acid, which can lower blood sugar and add to diabetes medicine, and butcher's broom, which people with diabetes are advised to avoid. Ask your doctor first.
Why does the Neuralisse wordmark say something different from the label?
Some marketing images and the brand wordmark use the word "neuropathy", but the bottle label says Nerve Support Formula. We follow the label. Neuropathy claims on supplements drew an FDA warning letter to another company in July 2026.
What if the Neuralisse label I receive differs from the site?
Follow the label on your bottle, since labels can be reprinted. Then email [email protected] with a photo or description of the difference. We correct confirmed errors and update the page date. Ask the order desk about anything tied to your order.
