The label
Neuralisse Supplement Facts: The Full Label, Line by Line
Each Neuralisse capsule lists 80 mg (19% DV), as magnesium glycinate from the proprietary blend and a 575 mg proprietary blend of six ingredients: magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom, L-carnitine, turmeric and CoQ10. Only magnesium has its own amount. One capsule a day, 30 capsules per bottle. The bottle calls it a Nerve Support Formula, not a treatment for any disease.

The bottle label is the only source we treat as final. Tap a number to read that part.
The label has three blocks: directions and warnings on the left, the front panel in the middle, and the Supplement Facts on the right. When an ad or mockup disagrees with it, we follow the label.

Supplement Facts
What is in the Neuralisse Supplement Facts panel?
One serving is one capsule. The panel names six blend ingredients but prints only one amount.
Magnesium is the only nutrient with its own line: 80 mg, or 19% of the Daily Value. Everything else sits inside a 575 mg proprietary blend with no Daily Value set.

The 80 mg is elemental magnesium, the mineral itself. The magnesium glycinate powder weighs more, because glycine is attached. That gap drives the blend math below.
The product name
Is Neuralisse a nerve support or a neuropathy formula?
The bottle label says "Nerve Support Formula," and we use only that wording. Some mockups and the wordmark tagline use the word neuropathy, but the printed label does not.
Neuropathy is a disease. A product sold to treat or ease a disease is a drug under U.S. law (FDA 101, Dietary supplements).
On July 9, 2026, FDA warned another "Nerve Support Formula" maker that its neuropathy claims made its products unapproved drugs (FDA warning letter, VasoCorp (NeuropAWAY)). We will not repeat a disease claim the bottle avoids.
Numb, tingling or burning feet need a doctor, not a supplement. The nerve health guide covers common causes.
Blend rules
What is a proprietary blend, and why does it hide amounts?
A proprietary blend lists several ingredients under one total weight. FDA lets the maker print only that total, as long as ingredients run from most to least by weight (FDA, Labeling guide ch. IV).
Blends are legal, but buyers cannot see each dose. The order still gives clues: no ingredient can outweigh the one before it. Magnesium glycinate comes first and coenzyme Q10 last.
The blend math
How much of each ingredient is in one Neuralisse capsule?
Most of the 575 mg has to be magnesium glycinate. The rest is small.
- 575 mg
The whole proprietary blend in one capsule. The label lists six ingredients, heaviest first (FDA, Labeling guide ch. IV).
- 400-567 mg
The 80 mg of magnesium on the label has to come from magnesium glycinate. Pure magnesium bisglycinate is about 14% magnesium (24.3 / 172.4), so it takes about 567 mg. Buffered forms near 20% magnesium take about 400 mg.
- 8-175 mg
What is left for the other five ingredients together. Because they are listed by weight, the second one can be at most half of that, the third a third, and so on.
The most each ingredient can weigh per capsule
- Alpha lipoic acid≤ 175 mg
- Butcher's broom≤ 87 mg
- L-carnitine≤ 58 mg
- Turmeric≤ 43 mg
- Coenzyme Q10≤ 35 mg
Best case: the lighter, 20%-magnesium form of glycinate. If the glycinate is pure bisglycinate, all five share about 8 mg. The label does not say which form is used.
These are ceilings worked out from label order, not lab results. Most nerve trials of alpha lipoic acid used 600 mg a day (SYDNEY 2 trial), more than three times the best case here.

What are the other ingredients and directions?

- Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily.
- No time of day is printed: see how to use.
- 30 capsules, so one bottle lasts 30 days.
- Keep it below 30°C (86°F), dry and away from children.
- No vegan, gluten-free or allergen statement appears.
Warnings
What warnings are printed on the Neuralisse bottle?
The caution panel reads: "Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for use for those under the age of 18 or pregnant or nursing mothers. Consult with a physician prior to use especially if you are taking a medication or have a medical condition."
Neuralisse is not FDA approved; FDA does not approve supplements before sale (FDA, Approval myths). Ingredient cautions go further: see side effects and interactions.
Fair reading
What does the Neuralisse label do well, and what does it leave out?
Clear on the label

- A vegetable capsule shell
Missing from the label
- No amount for five blend ingredients
- No form named for the glycinate
- No allergen statement
- No lot number on the wrap
- No testing certifier named
The side code ENB_430_01_061126 is a printer code, not a lot. To match a bottle to an order, use batch verify.
FAQ
Neuralisse Supplement Facts FAQ
What is in Neuralisse?
Neuralisse lists 80 mg of magnesium (19% DV) from magnesium glycinate, inside a 575 mg blend of magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom, L-carnitine, turmeric extract and coenzyme Q10. The shell is hypromellose, a plant-based material.
How much alpha lipoic acid is in one Neuralisse capsule?
The label does not print it. Second in a 575 mg blend led by magnesium glycinate, it can weigh at most about 175 mg in the best case. Most nerve trials used 600 mg a day (SYDNEY 2 trial).
Why doesn't the Neuralisse label say Neuropathy Support Formula?
The bottle says Nerve Support Formula. Neuropathy is a disease, and a product sold to treat a disease counts as a drug. Neuralisse is a dietary supplement, not a neuropathy treatment, so we use the label's wording.
Why does Neuralisse use a proprietary blend?
A blend lets a maker list one total weight instead of each amount. FDA allows it if ingredients run from most to least by weight (FDA, Labeling guide ch. IV). It guards the recipe but hides doses from buyers.
How many Neuralisse capsules should I take a day?
One. The label says to take one capsule daily and not to exceed the recommended dose. A 30-capsule bottle lasts 30 days, and no time of day is given.
Is the magnesium in Neuralisse enough for a day?
No. The 80 mg covers 19% of the Daily Value. Adults need 310-420 mg a day from food and supplements together (ODS, Magnesium (HP)), and food supplies most of it.
